- Melt butter in a pan
- Put in the cumin. When the cumin begins to sizzle, put in the chicken pieces
- Sprinkle the tumeric powder evenly over the chicken
- Put in the bruised lemongrass, salt an d pepper.
- Keep stirring until the chicken browns, then put in the sliced onion and garlic
- Stir all the ingredients togetther until the chicken is cooked through and slightly dry. Perfect when eaten hot with plain white rice.
- 1/2 block FarmCows Fat Spread
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 onions, coarsely sliced
5 cloves garlic, sliced
8 pieces chicken
1 heaped tumeric powder
4 lemongrass, bruised
2 salt
2 peper
