Buttered Lemongrass Chicken

  1. Melt butter in a pan
  2. Put in the cumin. When the cumin begins to sizzle, put in the chicken pieces
  3. Sprinkle the tumeric powder evenly over the chicken
  4. Put in the bruised lemongrass, salt an d pepper.
  5. Keep stirring until the chicken browns, then put in the sliced onion and garlic
  6. Stir all the ingredients togetther until the chicken is cooked through and slightly dry. Perfect when eaten hot with plain white rice.

- 1/2 block FarmCows Fat Spread
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 onions, coarsely sliced
5 cloves garlic, sliced
8 pieces chicken
1 heaped tumeric powder
4 lemongrass, bruised
2 salt
2 peper
